PASS QUEST NARROW WIDE CHAINRING

  • As the number of teeth increases—particularly when utilizing larger chainrings—the chainline tends to shift outward, away from the bike frame. This can lead to issues such as chain skipping or dropping during riding. We have designed this chainring with a 3mm offset and a Narrow-Wide tooth profile to correct and adjust the chainline, thereby bringing it back into alignment with the bike's centerline.
  • Exceptional Rigidity:
    The chainring is precision-machined via CNC from high-strength 7075-T651 aluminum alloy. Its triangular and textured structural design ensures outstanding rigidity, delivering direct and efficient power transfer.
  • Chamfered Strips: Extensive chamfering ensures the chainring remains lightweight. To optimize both weight reduction and rigidity, we have incorporated an extensive striped design. Furthermore, to enhance the chainring's aesthetic appeal and create a sense of three-dimensional depth, the edges and corners of the plate have been meticulously chamfered.
  • Of course, if your current chainline is already standard, installing a chainring with a 3mm offset will actually have a counterproductive effect: the teeth will sit even closer to the frame, causing the chain to rub against the chainstay. This practice will inevitably lead to wear and tear on your bicycle.
  • Includes custom-made titanium alloy bolts. (Color options are available; simply specify your preference in the order notes.)

Das Gleiche gilt für unsere schaltbaren Rennrad-Ovale, wir empfehlen Ihnen, ovale Kettenblätter mit der gleichen Zähnezahl wie Ihre runden Kettenblätter zu kaufen.

Wie man Gang-Zoll für ein ovales Kettenblatt berechnet

Genau wie bei einem runden Kettenblatt. Sie müssen lediglich die Nenngröße des ovalen Kettenblatts, das Sie besitzen, für die Berechnung verwenden. Das heißt, wenn Sie ein 32T ovales Kettenblatt kaufen, verwenden Sie für die Berechnung die Größe 32T. Der Grund dafür ist, dass ein 32T ovales Kettenblatt den gleichen Umfang wie ein 32T rundes Kettenblatt hat. Wir optimieren die Form, aber nicht den Umfang - er bleibt konstant. Der Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Zähnen muss immer 12,7 mm betragen, damit die Kette richtig greift.
